Luften LLC, a Brooklyn-based fragrance company, is seeking a reliable Packaging Associate to join our hands-on team. This in-person role involves filling, labeling, sealing, and packaging fragrance bottles, and preparing shipments for wholesale and retail orders.

The ideal candidate takes pride in neat labeling and presentation, is detail-oriented, punctual, and ready to contribute to a small, collaborative production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics packaging preferred.
• Bottle filling, labeling, and packaging experience a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fill fragrance bottles accurately and carefully.
• Apply product labels straight, evenly, and consistently.
• Seal, inspect, and package finished bottles.
• Prepare, pack, and label customer orders for shipping.
• Organize packaging materials and maintain inventory.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

• Fill fragrance bottles accurately and carefully..

• Ensure all products meet our quality and presentation standards..
• Operate basic bottling and labeling equipment..
• Prepare, pack, and label customer orders for shipping..
• Organize packaging materials and maintain inventory..
• Keep the work area clean and organized..
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed..

Qualifications.

• Previous experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, or beauty product packaging preferred..
• Experience with bottle filling, labeling, and packaging is a plus..
