Responsibilities

• Packaging finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment and conveyor lines.
• Inspect bottles, labels, and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Clear bottle jams and maintain production flow.
• Replenish packaging materials as needed and verify labels meet specs.
• Move finished products to designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures.
• Report quality or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Packaging Associate

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

We are hiring Packaging Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls, WI. If you are looking for a hands-on production opportunity with consistent full-time hours and every other weekend off, this could be the perfect fit.

Schedule

This position works a rotating 2-2-3 schedule:

• Work 2 days
• Off 2 days
• Work 3 days
• Schedule rotates the following week

This allows for full-time hours while providing every other weekend off.

What You'll Do

As a Production Packaging Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Packaging finished products accurately and efficiently
• Operating and monitoring packaging equipment and conveyor lines
• Inspecting bottles, labels, and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Clearing bottle jams and maintaining production flow
