Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Packer to join our team. The role focuses on safe, accurate packing of automotive parts and orders, with a first shift Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, and pay of $17.75 per hour.

No prior experience required; training provided. The ideal candidate will have warehouse and packing familiarity, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with packing and warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack customer orders ensuring the correct number and product is loaded and shipped.
• Verify that the entire order picked matches the packing slip.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing manual material handling equipment.
• Repack and weigh orders that require special handling.
• Select applicable packaging (box/container) for the order. Insert applicable packaging material, construct and seal once completed. Affix packaging label to the outside of the package.
• Assist in physical inventories.Maintain a clean, neat, orderly and safe work area.
