Job Summary

The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Feed bakeware onto a conveyor belt, labeling or adding additional components to bakeware as part of the production process.
2. Serve as quality control and visually inspect all finished product before packing.
3. Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately.
4. Collect, count, and pack products in preparation for shipping.
5. Prepare bakeware for shipping by taping boxes and stacking cartons onto skids.
6. Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications.
7. Work together as a team with others on the line to maintain production.
8. Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety.
9. Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
