Job summary

The Vincit Group is seeking a detail-oriented dishwasher/refurbisher for packaging materials in the Chattanooga area. The role focuses on washing and refurbishing totes and packaging items used in the pack-out stage of chemical production.

Required: High school diploma or GED and 1 year in an industrial setting; 1+ years in chemical production preferred. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and completing shift paperwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year experience in an industrial environment required.
1+ years in a chemical production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Wear mandatory PPE at all times.
Load and unload material from trailers using a forklift and/or pallet jack.
Maintain the organization of the back dock as it relates to inbound packaging items.
Operate small hand tools used to refurbish totes.
Operate tote wash island in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate drum wash station in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow all chemical washout guidelines; incompatible chemicals must never enter wastewater discharge.
Ensure packaging items are washed timely and back dock does not overflow with inbound material.
Complete paperwork documenting output and submit to supervisor at end of every shift.
