Job summary

Simtrabps is seeking a Packaging Validation Associate I to support all aspects of the packaging process, focusing on packaging development, equipment validation, and general operations. The successful candidate will manage projects in a cross-functional team environment and execute validation documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or significant manufacturing experience, with an emphasis on cGMP regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. Benefits include health coverage and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred or 5 years manufacturing experience with 2 in leadership.
• In-depth process knowledge of cGMPs in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to review Engineering Equipment Drawings and Electrical Schematic Diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects providing technical support for packaging operations.
• Develops Validation documentation including Process Flow Diagrams and SOPs.
• Participates in client and regulatory audits.
