The role emphasizes GMP compliance and precise record-keeping within a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/science and 2–4 years in validation or GMP environments, with basic IQ/OQ/IOQ knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in validation, engineering, manufacturing, packaging, or GMP environment.
• Basic understanding of IQ/OQ/IOQ principles.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous exposure to packaging equipment or validation execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved IOQ protocols for packaging equipment and associated systems.
• Perform field verification and functional testing.
• Document results in compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Verify equipment components, instrumentation, alarms, interlocks, utilities, and operating parameters.
• Identify and document discrepancies or test exceptions.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of qualification issues.
• Assist with completion of validation documentation and project milestones.
