You will resolve qualification discrepancies and ensure GMP-compliant results. The role involves executing IOQ protocols, verifying equipment, and assisting with validation documentation to reach project milestones in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Packaging Validation Specialist

The role will provide hands‑on support with protocol execution, field verification, functional testing, documentation, and resolution of qualification discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved IOQ protocols for packaging equipment and associated systems
• Perform field verification and functional testing
• Document results in compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices
• Verify equipment components, instrumentation, alarms, interlocks, utilities, and operating parameters
• Identify and document discrepancies or test exceptions
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of qualification issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience in validation, engineering, manufacturing, packaging, or a GMP-regulated environment
• Basic understanding of IQ/OQ/IOQ principles
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work hands‑on in a manufacturing environment
• Previous exposure to packaging equipment or validation execution is preferred
