Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an entry-level tester in San Jose, CA. You will receive customer samples, perform transit and package integrity tests per ASTM/ISTA, and maintain records in the LIMS. The role emphasizes data entry, reporting, and adherence to QMS.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with compensation ranging from $22 to $30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Production testing or related industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy required.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards is desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer samples and record information in the Shipping and Receiving log.
• Conduct transit and package integrity testing per ASTM/ISTA standards or customer protocols.
• Add sample information to the Laboratory Inventory Management System; may generate a work order.
• Prepare test evidence reports.
• Perform entry-level data review and data reporting following good documentation practices.
• Maintain records of packaging testing.
• Monitor and provide customer support regarding testing services.
• Update customers on test status, updates, and results.
• Report any deviations to operations management.
• Comply with Quality Management System procedures and company policies.

• Ability to lift bulky items up to 30 lbs, climb, bend and reach without restriction is required.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Jose, CA.

Compensation: 22/hr-30/hr depending on qualification and related experience.
