Kelly is hiring Packaging Associates in Canandaigua, NY to join a team moving products from the production line to customers. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering pay from $18.29 to $19.54 per hour, depending on shift.

You’ll package products, inspect quality, and help meet production goals in a safety-conscious environment. Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, communicate well, and work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods and move throughout shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Availability to tour the facility soon

Responsabilités

• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Inspect items for quality and defects
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked
• Help troubleshoot packaging equipment
• Work with your team to meet production goals
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Prepare products for shipping and distribution
