Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Packaging Technician to support finished product inspection, packaging quality checks, and component verification to ensure products meet specifications. This role offers a team-oriented environment, hands-on training, and a consistent weekday schedule.

The position is temp-to-hire with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience or training are required, along with basic math

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills including algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Perform finished product sampling and inspection to support quality standards.
• Inspect labeling and cartoning lines for packaging accuracy and defect prevention.
• Verify raw manufacturing components for quality, specifications, and sterile integrity.
• Follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Document inspection results, routine reports, and quality-related findings accurately.
• Work closely with production, packaging, and quality team members to support efficient daily operations.
