Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Packaging Technician I/II to join the manufacturing team in a 1st shift. You will inspect final container products, document results, and help ensure product quality during packaging and labeling steps.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and cGMP policies. Training includes PDA Lexicon guidelines and visual inspection certification to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Packaging/inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and batch records.
• Must pass annual vision testing and color vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform paced inspections of final container products for multiple defect categories.
• Document tasks in Batch Production Records and SOPs as required.
• Maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level and ensure safety compliance.
• Meet and maintain visual inspection recertification per PDA Lexicon and internal standards.
• Operate packaging equipment and conduct labeling verification activities.
