ThePackaging Technician works closely with Production Leads and Supervisors to ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant packaging of cannabis flower and pre-roll products. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality medical cannabis products to patients while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and state regulations.This position is perfect for individuals who take pride in precision, work well within a team environment, and enjoy fast-paced production settings.

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid government-issued photo ID
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
Experience working with detailed, quality-focused processes
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed packaging work
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and stoop regularly
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
