Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United States is seeking packaging operators to support blister forming, capsule loading, sealing, and carton assembly on a production line. You will handle blister and secondary packaging steps, ensure accurate inserts, and prepare products for shipping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating blister, multivac, bivans, bottling, and pouching lines, while maintaining quality and safety standards and assisting with routine packaging

Responsibilities

Support operation of a blister forming machine.
Primary packaging: load capsules or tablets into blister sheets, seal with foil backing, and cut strips to configuration.
Secondary packaging: insert blister strips into pre-printed cards, seal into cartons, and load into shipper with inserts.
Operate multivac machine to form trays, seal with Tyvek lidding, and load cartons into shipper.
Operate bivans machine to form and seal cartons, load into shipper for delivery.
Support bottling line: fill bottles, place caps, heat seal and re-torque closures, apply labels, and pack into cartons or shipper.
Run pouching line: form and seal three sides of a pouch, insert product, seal top, and pack into cartons for delivery.
Maintain line efficiency and adhere to quality and safety standards on the packaging floor.
Assist with general packaging tasks to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
