Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair packaging equipment and troubleshoot related issues.
• Provide leadership and direction to contractor employees on shift to follow Bayer policies.
• Perform mechanical and preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Document actions and adjustments for a safe shift exchange.
• Complete safety, quality, environmental, and inventory reports.
• Operate process control systems (PLC & DeltaV) to manage product transfers.
• Mentor peers and provide developmental coaching to colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow 5S practices.
