Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments.
  • Accept/reject product based on quality standards.
  • Accurately count and prepare product for inventory.

Work Schedule: 10 hr shift/nights

Environmental Conditions: Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

How Will You Make an Impact?: As our Packaging and Labeling Associate on our Indianapolis team, you will timely and accurately assemble and/or label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments and supplies following all associated manufacturing regulatory standards and procedures.

A Day in the Life:

  • Daily manual and automated filling and packaging pharmaceutical treatments.
  • Accept/reject product to make sure they meet our acceptability and quality standards.
  • Accurately count and prepare product to ensure accurate inventory before and after the completion of each job order.
  • Timely complete training on operating requirements and procedures.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, packaging, production, or related industry
  • Preferred: Experience working in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Read and interpret procedure manuals, training materials, and product records.
  • Independently follow procedures and instructions.
  • Great teammate who completes tasks safely, accurately, and timely and helps others as needed.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for long intervals of time and lift or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and gowns in work centers.
  • Near Vision Acuity with minimum 20/40 corrected vision and color vision.
