Innovative Labs, a leading maker of liquid dietary supplements, seeks an Operator I/II to manage filling and packaging equipment on the production line. You will lead teammates, uphold SOPs and GMPs, and drive quality and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating or maintaining technical manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, GMPs and production instructions.
• Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, packaging, labeling, and sealing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read production schedules, perform changeovers, and run high-speed lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform breakdowns/cleaning; reassemble components to spec.
