Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Packaging Associate for a day shift in St. Louis, MO. You will perform manual assembly and packaging on a production line, label cases, and stack finished goods, contributing to efficient throughput.

Responsibilities include verifying labels and codes, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and adhering to PPE requirements while supporting a team-driven manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Physically able to work on feet and lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information required.
• 0 - 1 years (light assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful)

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly and packaging tasks on a team-oriented production line including packaging components, placing bottles on conveyors, labeling cases and cartons, and packing finished goods.
• Under the direction of the production manager, ensure products are labeled, coded, and packaged correctly.
• Check components and codes comply with the packaging order; maintain a clean and safe work area; wear PPE as required.
