Job summary

A leading flexible packaging company in Illinois seeks Packer/Catchers responsible for packing at the end of the production line. Candidates must have good counting skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $17 per hour for the 1st shift, and $18 per hour for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, including shift differential. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and review all paper instructions and labeling requirements.
• Required to transfer up to 10-25 pound cases to pallets frequently.
• Required to stand for 8 hour shift and move about within the work areas.

Responsibilities

• Pack at the end of the production line.
• Ensure the packaging line runs productively following all SOPs.
• Monitor product from the line for accuracy.
