DePalo Foods Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to move finished goods from the oven room to blast freezer and onto the final pack line. The role operates in a fast-paced setting that relies on teamwork and precise execution.

The ideal candidate will inspect labeling, weigh and seal products, operate packing equipment, and ensure clean, safe work areas while meeting daily production quotas.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is required to verify labels and packaging accuracy.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts (8–12 hours) and lift under 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production line environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods into boxes according to specifications.
• Visually inspect products for defects and proper labeling.
• Weigh, seal, and label containers with shipping information.
• Support production line to meet daily quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
