Job summary

BIOLYPH is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team in Chaska, Minnesota. This is a full-time, long-term position with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour, a 4 day work week, and excellent benefits.

As a Production Associate, you will support packaging of our IVD/RUO products in a controlled manufacturing environment, follow work instructions, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks with sustained focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily meetings and follow production schedules.
• Perform packaging activities from product entry through exit of the packaging suite.
• Conduct bin checks to identify non-compliant product.
• Ensure packaging supplies are properly stocked.
• Count, prepare, and package product for shipment.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Interact with coworkers in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
