Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Packaging Technician in St. Peters, MO to operate packaging equipment, run fillers and bottlers, and support a safe, GMP-compliant production line.

You will join a team focused on quality, collaboration, and efficiency, with a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM days or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM nights, a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Knowledge of GMP and safety standards
• Able to work 10-12 hour shifts and stand long periods
• Background & Drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors)
• Quality Assurance – ensure high standards are met
• Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards

As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. Job Title: Packaging Technician

Location: St. Peters, MO

Pay Range: $16.00/hr
Shifts Available:

• $16/hr | Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• $17/hr | Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
