Job summary

Marathon Staffing is hiring for production, assembly, and packing roles in Townsend, MA. These positions offer on-the-job training with no prior experience required and a quick path to a steady manufacturing career.

As a team member you will follow product setup and packing instructions, lift and move items in a warehouse, and work 12‑hour shifts. Weekly pay, benefits and convenient pay options (pay card or direct deposit) are available.
