Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging Sustainability to lead packaging sustainability and EPR activities in North America, translating global priorities into regional plans and partnerships. You will work with NAZ teams and suppliers to advance packaging commitments, regulatory readiness, and long-term value creation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years’ experience across procurement, sustainability, or program management, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience across procurement, sustainability, supply chain, packaging, compliance, or PM.
• Strong knowledge of EPR, packaging compliance and recyclability.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actions.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging sustainability and EPR work for North America.
• Translate global priorities into regional plans and cross-functional execution.
• Identify and advance packaging initiatives with NA suppliers and vendors.
• Strengthen supplier collaboration models and governance.
• Support NA carbon data foundations with Global Sustainability.
• Build tools and processes for visibility of milestones and risks.
• Lead EPR readiness and compliance activities across NA jurisdictions.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Sustainability teams to translate requirements into strategies.
