Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees, schedule, train on GMP, safety, and policies.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper functionality and quality.
• Control process standards across slicing, packaging, and coding.
• Coordinate material supply to meet production needs.
• Complete process control and QA documentation accurately and on time.
• Improve production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Complete required reports within deadlines and communicate with heads of departments.
• Provide guidance and disciplinary actions to maintain safety and productivity.
• Address employee issues at the initial stage and collaborate with other departments.
