Qualifications

• Experience supervising up to 20–70 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production machine operations and assists with duties as needed.
• Maintains GMP compliance, batch records, and signatures.
• Monitors attendance and staffing to meet production goals.
• Trains new hires and cross-trains personnel.
• Ensures changeovers meet timing, lot numbers, and exp dates.
• Communicates issues to Quality Management per SOPs.
• Performs administrative duties like roster and scheduling.
