Revolution Company is hiring a Warehouse Packing Specialist in Mesquite, TX. You will prepare, package, label, stage, and move finished plastic products to ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse setting. The role involves scanning, inventory checks, and collaboration with production and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in plastics or other industrial manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must have forklift experience (at least 6 months).
• Ability to read product labels, work orders, and shipping information.

Responsibilities

• Package finished plastic products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Inspect finished products and packaging for damage or quality concerns.
• Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and order information for accuracy.
• Label, wrap, box, palletize, and secure finished goods for storage or shipment.
• Stage completed orders in designated warehouse and shipping areas.
• Move finished goods and packaging materials throughout the facility using material-handling equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain accurate product identification and traceability throughout packaging and staging.
