Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a packaging engineer to lead design and implementation of compliant packaging solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across functions to drive initiatives, optimize SAP integration, and deliver scalable, cost-effective packaging programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a packaging degree and hands-on experience with materials, specs, and equipment, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAPE/SAP tools for end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science/Engineering or related field.
• Packaging experience, preferably in food & beverage a plus.
• Knowledge of packaging specifications, materials, equipment, and systems.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
• Working knowledge of project lifecycle, contracts, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Preferred: SAP and CAPE palletization experience.
