Job summary

Novolex is seeking a manufacturing packer to safely and efficiently pack finished goods and prepare product for shipment in our Roanoke, TX facility. You will feed material into machines, inspect results, and ensure correct counts and packaging configurations.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standard work instructions, and cooperate with the operations team. Shift options include two 12-hour rotations with a weekly pay differential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.

Responsibilities

• Feeds material into machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspects product for defects and ensures correct counts.
• Packs finished goods in the correct packaging configuration.
• Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain quality.
• Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
