Job summary

Ams Osram is seeking a 2nd shift Packer to assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons for delivery and storage. The role requires inspecting products, ensuring proper labeling, and careful handling of inventory to maintain product integrity.

Pay starts at $17/hour with a $2.00 shift differential and a $0.50/hour raise after a successful 6-month review. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs; strong reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist.
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs on own.
• Must be reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Identify correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspect final product and packaging for damage; ensure compliance with packaging guidelines.
• Handle inventory with care and maintain attention to detail.
