Job summary

Asahi Beer USA Inc. in Waunakee, WI is seeking Packaging Specialists to keep our bottle, can, variety pack, and kegging lines running smoothly across shifts.

You will perform line changeovers, routine maintenance, log data, sample and measure quality, and safely move products between production and storage. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 55 lbs and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to stand 8+ hours in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs.
• Prior packaging or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run bottle, can, variety pack, and kegging lines including changeovers, CIP, and routine maintenance.
• Confirm the right packaging mix and volume before every fill.
• Log packaging run data and troubleshoot process hiccups.
• Pull samples and take measurements to keep quality on track.
• Safely operate a forklift to move product between production and storage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run our bottle, can, variety pack, and kegging lines including changeovers, CIP, and routine maintenance

• Log packaging run data and catch process hiccups before they become bigger problems
• Pull samples and take measurements to keep quality on track
• Safely operate a forklift to keep product moving between production and storage
