Job summary

Allegiance Flag Supply, LLC is seeking team members for a Weekday Manufacturing Shift. This role focuses on accurate order processing, quality checks, careful packaging, and maintaining an organized, efficient work area in a fast-paced production setting in North Charleston, SC.

Successful candidates bring reliability, strong teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship, and can stand for extended periods while lifting up to 30 lbs. On-site shifts run Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work well in a team-based setting with coordination.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for daily shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping per requests.
• Quality Control: perform thorough checks to meet craftsmanship standards.
• Packaging: use appropriate materials to protect products in transit.
• Attention to Detail: verify correct item, quantity, and packaging.
• Organization: maintain clean, efficient, safe work area.
• Communication: coordinate with teammates and supervisors on issues.
• Efficiency: meet daily fulfillment targets with accuracy.
• Process Improvement: identify and suggest workflow improvements.
• Throughout production, inspect flags at each stage for quality.

The Opportunity

Allegiance Flag Supply is hiring team members for our Weekday Manufacturing Shift. This schedule allows you to work a focused five-day week while enjoying a two-day weekend every week.

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

How the Role Works

Order Processing : Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requests and company standards

Quality Control : Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our company's standards for craftsmanship and appearance.

Packaging : Utilize appropriate packaging materials to safeguard products during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

Attention to Detail : Verify that orders are correctly assembled, including accurate item selection, quantities, and packaging details.

Organization : Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safe working conditions.

Communication : Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any order-related issues, discrepancies, or special requests.

Efficiency : Strive to meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Throughout production, team members also inspect flags at each stage to ensure quality and accuracy.

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and methods.
• Knowledge of flag etiquette and American flag-related products is a plus.
