Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals for assigned packaging categories.
Manage day-to-day supplier relationships including performance reviews and issue resolution.
Serve as a liaison for internal stakeholders across plant and co-manufacturing locations.
Analyze spend and forecast data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels to maximize savings and mitigate risk.
