Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or production environments.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Packaging, paper production, or print manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets and production specifications.
• Verify materials and components match requirements.
• Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
• Assign team members to stations based on skill.
• Train and mentor employees on packaging line processes.
• Monitor workflow and line performance.
• Address production bottlenecks and workflow challenges.
• Coordinate material replenishment to prevent interruptions.
• Ensure packaging accuracy per specifications.
• Promote safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
