Wynen's in Wisconsin seeks a Beverage Packaging Shift Lead to supervise the packaging crew, coordinate staffing and materials, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will support equipment operation, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain efficiency and high product quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and accurate production reporting to sustain a safe, efficient packaging line and consistent product quality
