Job summary

Mead Johnson/Reckitt is hiring Packaging Department Machine Operators in Zeeland, Michigan. Positions offer Day and Night shifts with rotating 12-hour schedules and overtime opportunities. Full-time, temporary roles include paid training and a modern, safety-focused facility.

Responsibilities include keeping packaging equipment clean, sanitizing work areas, and following all food safety procedures while maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including every other weekend.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (non-THC friendly).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing packaging equipment.
• Vacuuming excess powdered product from machinery and surrounding work areas.
• Completing daily cleaning and sanitation checklists.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the department.
• Following all food safety and quality procedures.
• Adhering to workplace safety policies and guidelines.
