Job summary

Closure Systems International, Inc. in Kilgore, TX is seeking a manufacturing operator to support continuous production, ensure quality and safety, and follow all SOPs.

You will label, pack, and inspect products, report equipment issues, and coordinate with other departments to resolve problems quickly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience, with the ability to follow EHS and food safety guidelines and to operate walk-behind lifts after training.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screens.
• Willing to work first or second shift.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to identify closure defects.
• Must be trained to operate walk-behind type lifts and pass a written and driving test.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label product per customer orders and specifications.
• Minimize waste and scrap; participate in problem-solving to improve efficiency.
• Monitor product quality using QC information and report issues.
• Maintain a clean work area and productive use of spare time.
• Promote teamwork using CSI principles.
