Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in Lancaster, TX is seeking a manufacturing associate to support palletizing, quality checks, and daily operations. You will follow safety rules, maintain 5S, and assist with make-ready activities to keep production flowing.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred; forklift license is required. Good attendance, ability to work independently, and basic math are important. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating hand jacks and forklifts preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to safety requirements.
• Adherence to 5S/Housekeeping expectations.
• Assist with daily quality checklist when inspecting pallets during cutting process.
• Verify current job specifications match production (board width, caliper, print quality, color, layout, pallet size).
• Before Make Ready – verify proper materials; prep cutters and materials.
• Ability to run job with expected quality and rate with assistance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Train associates to assist in required activities for cutter uptime.
• Assist on make ready activities.
• Record daily time and materials usage for production tracking.
• Perform hand packing with a focus on quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
