Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain Resource to lead a frontline team of 15–30 hourly associates across manufacturing, warehousing, and traffic. This role focuses on cost efficiency, process improvements, and safety, with a 3rd shift (midnight–8 am) and potential weekend work.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and travel up to 5% as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of leadership, and strong skills in TPM/lean manufacturing, finance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience with a team-based approach to decision making.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated by a major improvement project.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, food/beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational efficiencies to support production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and ensure accurate inventories.
• Lead front-line hourly personnel and manage performance through reviews and coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety culture, and cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet the site annual operating plan (AOP).
