Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Saint Cloud, MN is hiring a Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will support corrugated products, perform quality checks, set up materials, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs, work rotating shifts including nights and weekends, and commit to safety and learning. Training on first shift for three weeks is provided.

Qualifications

• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform duties with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain GMP compliance.
• Perform quality checks on corrugated products.
• Set up materials and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Record daily production data and assist with machine operations.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities as directed.
