Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with leadership/oversight in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production team activities for shift/line.
• Develop team through training and timely coaching.
• Promote safety and quality compliance culture.
• Drive operational efficiencies using key metrics.
• Support continuous improvement through problem solving.
• Manage labor and overtime expenses.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies.
• Communicate with cross functional teams.
• Lead tier meetings and daily production updates.
• Manage up to 30 direct reports.
