If your imagination knows no bounds and you've got a knack for turning ideas into stunning packages, this is the role for you!We're on the hunt for a talentedProduction Packaging Designer to support our retail client and their Private Brand Packaging and Marketing creative team. Our ideal candidate isan experienced packaging and production design and branding professional who:

• Has a sophisticated and astute design eye and strong branding skills
• Is a critical problem-solver with the ability to create, consistent, on-brand, detailed design, and branding solutions
• Partners with a cohesive, highly engaged team that values collaboration and shares a quest for creative excellence
• Possesses anexcellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.)
• Has astrong background in 360 design and print production (creative marketing, print collateral, presentations, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience

Requirements:

• Min 4+ years of experience in packaging, creative, marketing, and brand design, international experience is preferred
• Bachelors Degree in graphic design
• Broad knowledge of the packaging design concepts supporting the current brand strategy
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong background in 360 print production (creative marketing, print collateral, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, and brand standards
• Excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.).
• Experience with private label brands and a range of consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred

This is a temp role working M-F, 8-5, onsite at our client's headquartersnear Rogers, Arkansas. 100% REMOTE work is not available for this opportunity.Pay ranges between $27 to $40 per hour.
