We're looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly move from concept development to production‑ready execution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating packaging graphics, developing dielines, and producing polished 2D and 3D packaging renderings while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite and offers the opportunity for long‑term growth. The initial engagement is a 6‑month contract with a 2‑week technical trial period, with the potential to extend in 6‑month increments for up to two years. Previous consultants in this role have successfully converted into full‑time opportunities within the organization.
This role is ideal for a hybrid designer who is equally comfortable with creative concept development and technical production execution. You'll be successful if you can quickly translate ideas into polished, production‑ready packaging while balancing creativity with manufacturing feasibility.
The ideal candidate is self‑sufficient, works efficiently with minimal direction, and excels in a fast‑moving environment with quick turnaround times. While candidates with 3‑4 years of experience may be considered if they have an exceptional portfolio, the preference is for someone with 5+ years of packaging experience who can hit the ground running.
The target hiring compensation for this role is $58.80/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
