It is the world's largest cosmetics company, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color.
Responsibilities for Packaging Designer include but are not limited to:
Create innovative design concepts and visual solutions for advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral materials, and digital platforms.
Develop creative assets that strengthen and promote brand identity across multiple channels.
Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
Ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and technical accuracy.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Prepare and optimize artwork for print and digital production, ensuring consistency and accuracy across formats.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback to achieve optimal results.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal communication materials.
Requirements for Packaging Designer include but are not limited to:
5+ Years BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer
Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of the packaging production process
Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects *Meticulous with design details and attention to quality

Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $52.21 per hour
