Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor workers for a packaging manufacturing company in Coon Rapids, MN. You will support production operations by handling finished products, feeding materials into machines, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.

The position is Temp-to-Hire with weekly pay at $20.51-$21.26 per hour. Eligible candidates will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, read a tape measure, and work overtime including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Willing to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished boxes and prepare products for shipment.
• Bundle boxes as they come off production lines.
• Feed sheets and materials into machines as directed.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support production, shipping, or converting department operations.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the shift.
