Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Science; cGMP environment experience preferred.
• Experience managing equipment vendors and commissioning activities.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment vendor activities (FAT/SAT, commissioning).
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Prepare cGMP documentation for production operations.
• Coordinate technical deliverables across functions for launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and drive improvements (DMAIC, FMEA).
• Adapt priorities in response to disruptions in operations.
• Manage changes per site change control procedures.
• Participate in regulatory inspections (FDA, DEA).
• Improve equipment reliability through CI/ TPM.
