Job summary

Civica is constructing its first fill-finish manufacturing facility in Petersburg, Virginia to produce essential generic sterile injectable medications. The Packaging Process Engineer II will oversee pen assembly and packaging operations, coordinating vendor activities and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful processes and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the discipline.
• B.S. in Engineering or Science required.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor activities for packaging equipment and line-level serialization.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and engineering studies.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
• Prepare cGMP documentation for production operations.
• Improve equipment reliability through CI and TPM.
• Interface with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
