Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline with 6+ years of experience.
• FDA/USDA regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proven engineering design/improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with GMP contract manufacturers and third-party suppliers.
• Operational Excellence tools such as DMAIC, 5 WHYs, Fishbone, FMEA.
• Green belt or Black belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Packaging system owner during start up activities.
• Lead and support Packaging implementation and improvements.
• Support PAS-X deployment and use.
• Develop and review Packaging SOPs.
• Investigate root causes of Packaging issues impacting quality or yield.
• Lead projects on packaging process optimization and equipment.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards.
