Job summary

Tate’s Bake Shop is seeking production packers to support our busy packaging line in New York. You will help pack each product with accuracy, speed and neatness while working with a collaborative team.

This role offers day, evening and night shifts with opportunities for growth. You’ll label, measure, and ensure packaging meets quality standards, while being mindful of allergen exposure.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare labeling bags for daily use.
• Pack the proper amount of product into the designated bag or box.
• Ensure each bag meets standard size and appearance for each product.
• Ensure the product is free of foreign objects.
• Ensure each product is packed into the proper packaging.
• Assist in breaking down and cleaning all equipment for daily packaging tasks.
• Rotate in packaging areas to complete all packaging duties.
• Other related duties as assigned.
