- 12+ years of experience in packaging engineering and commercialization.
- Proven track record leading large packaging initiatives.
- Deep expertise in packaging materials and manufacturing technologies.
- Experience influencing strategy across organizations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise packaging strategy and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Drive breakthrough packaging solutions from concept to commercialization.
- Guide packaging architecture, materials, graphics, and integration.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulations.
